Every transport order undergoes independent verification by two members of our team before a vehicle is assigned. Loading and delivery addresses, cargo details, access restrictions, equipment requirements and scheduled appointments are carefully reviewed.
Vehicle selection follows established internal procedures to ensure that the proposed transport arrangement meets the specific requirements of each shipment.
Our internal operating rules have been developed in coordination with our liability insurer, with the aim of reducing operational risks and protecting the interests of everyone involved.
Personnel & Logistics maintains professional liability insurance and holds an international road transport licence.
Professional liability insurance is subject to applicable policy terms, exclusions and contractual and statutory liability limitations. It is not blanket cargo insurance.
We are also members of NSBS — Bulgarian Association for Freight Forwarding, Transport and Logistics and BVL — The Supply Chain Network.
